Jason Meetsma
Founder of Enhanced A.I. Business Solutions and creator of AI Injury Reporting Solutions—a practical reporting platform developed to improve how personal injury experiences are captured, organized, and communicated.
Business leadership meets intelligent automation
Jason Meetsma is the Founder and CEO of Enhanced A.I. Business Solutions, a Canadian automation company focused on building intelligent workflow systems that help professional organizations capture important information, reduce administrative workload, and produce clear, structured documentation.
His professional background spans business operations, sales leadership, client development, executive management, process improvement, and hands-on automation design. Throughout his career, Jason has focused on identifying where organizations lose time, information, and consistency—and then developing practical systems that make those processes easier to manage.
Rather than approaching artificial intelligence as a novelty, Jason focuses on applying it to real operational problems. His work combines AI reasoning, workflow automation, structured data systems, cloud-based tools, and human-friendly reporting experiences.
Start with the real-world problem, understand the people affected by it, and build technology that simplifies the process without removing the human connection.
Why AI Injury Reporting Solutions was built
The idea for AI Injury Reporting Solutions came from Jason’s own experience following a serious cycling accident. The long recovery involved persistent pain, changing symptoms, functional limitations, medication effects, emotional impacts, medical appointments, rehabilitation, and ongoing communication with legal and healthcare professionals.
That experience exposed a major gap: the most important details of an injury often occur between appointments. Symptoms fluctuate, limitations change, difficult days blur together, and valuable information can be forgotten before it is properly documented.
Jason recognized that injured clients needed a simpler way to record what they were experiencing, while legal teams needed consistent, organized information that could be reviewed without hours of follow-up, journal sorting, and manual summarization.
What if an injured person could simply describe their day, while intelligent automation handled the organization, timestamps, structure, and reporting?
Developed through real-world use
AI Injury Reporting Solutions was not developed as a theoretical software concept. Jason has personally used the reporting workflow successfully for months as part of his own ongoing injury documentation process.
Daily updates are captured through a simple conversational interface, organized automatically, and converted into structured weekly reports. Those reports have been generated and delivered consistently through the automated system, demonstrating that the platform can operate reliably as part of an active reporting workflow.
This extended use has allowed Jason to evaluate the system from every perspective: as the injured client entering information, as the designer monitoring the automation, and as the business owner responsible for ensuring that reports remain clear, dependable, and useful.
Tested beyond the prototype stage
What guides the work
Lived experience matters
The system was shaped by direct experience with injury recovery, documentation challenges, and legal reporting.
Technology should feel simple
Powerful automation should operate behind the scenes while the user experience remains clear and approachable.
Useful beats impressive
Every feature should solve a real problem, reduce workload, improve consistency, or strengthen communication.
Building systems people can rely on
Jason’s goal is to help law firms and other professional organizations adopt intelligent automation in a way that is practical, responsible, and grounded in genuine operational value.
